Just weighed myself...145.6!
So happy to finally hit the middle point of the 140s. I'm half way to the 130s!
I have been eating terrible lately. I went up and down from 147 to 151ish for a bit. I realized how close we are to beach season & decided to get into fitness mode. I was hoping to be down to 135 by then, but I'm not sure if it'll happen. I never thought I would say this, but I think eating made me lose weight. I never eat breakfast & usually skip lunch, but my stomach growled really loud during an exam the other day and it was embarrassing lol. So this week I've been making a banana smoothie in the morning and I've been taking a cutie (the little clementines, lol) to eat between classes. I'm really convinced that eating breakfast is helping my lose weight. Hopefully, I'll be down to 143 by the end of this month. 2 pounds is a pretty good goal.
