Vickiauntmick's Dagbog, 01 maj 13

I did really good last night on my raw diet...until I went to feed my baby chickens some cottage cheese. I caught myself eating a spoonful of the stuff before I even realized what I had done. Now I face a new challenge. Every Wednesday our office closes at noon to the public, so we all walk up to a resturant called Fat Patties and eat at lunch. Every week I have religiously downed burgers, wings, and assorted fried onion rings and french fries. Im concidering making Wednesday my "cheat day" by going with the veggie burger and maybe a side salad??? I really want wings, OMG!!!

Go and enjoy. Have a wing or 2.. but don't eat a whole serving (don't deny yourself). The Veggie Burger and Side salad is a good thing but watch those croutons. If this is a once a week thing then you know this, than you can eat healthy for breakfast and dinner and indulge a little at lunch. You won't hurt anything unless you deprive yourself. Then it will work against you!
