Still on a mostly thickened liquid diet due to the swallowing problem, but am still keeping my sodium low and adding ground flax seeds to a half cup of apple sauce to keep everything "in balance"
I've lost 3 pounds this week which is a good amount to lose FAT and not muscle tissue. Much easier to lose weight when you are not under a lot of stress.
