Have you tried cardio combined with body weight exercises and stretching? Weght training shortens muscles and can give a thicker look but if you combine perhaps spinning or running with a lot of good stretches and some body weight exercises you may be able to stimulate some changes in stubborn areas.

This is my problem. I bought a air walker for £60 from studio.
Air walkers are a god send for your legs. Slim and trim In2 - 4 weeks and you’ll notice the difference in week 1.
I used to be on mine a lot until it broke. 2-3 hours a day. Waiting for new one 😂

I’ve noticed a lot of young women joining classes for Combat sports which includes leg training maybe worth a look.

Good idea Paul. Also, check out Cori at Redefining Strength on youtube. She has loads of bodyweight execises. Just pick the ones that suit you. She really knows her stuff!

I had that when I lost a lot of weight before, the legs were the last to slim down, you can't control where you lose weight from, but it will go eventually x

I think it’s genetic - it used to be called pear shape - maybe it’s your body’s natural look? Also 26kgs is such a lot of weight to lose so your mind may not have caught up with your loss and you don’t realise that your legs are perfectly in proportion 😊 well done on the weight loss - that’s an inspiration to us all
