My life is litterly going 100 miles analso i am trying to take care of me i know i have to remember to take care of my self i am also drinking more water and also really trying to cut down on all my eating i love you all so much love shelly also please remember to keep healthy too. hour as most of you know i am takeing care of my husband as he had surgery 6 months ago if you dont understand please read my last 6 months of journals to realise how crazy my life is lately. and i know i need to be here more then i am i am so going to try to be here more this week and i want all my fatsecret buddies to know i love you all and i miss you all so much too. any way i am updating with news on rod. he is working out more and trying to get stronger every day. he is useing both hands to feed him self wich i am very proud of. its tough for him but i know i have to do this. love to all shelly[/size]
