Christiana's Dagbog, 14 sep 10



Today was the first day I could really start on my 100 mile challenge and started with two 1.5 mile walks. I'm trying to get a little jogging in there as well but I really haven't been doing much of that. Had a small hamburger for dinner and now I'm going to do some exercising here at home and see if I can get my heart rate up.
