Standing in front of a full length mirror in a little black dress with lace overlay, red 3 inched high heeled sandals, and a smile that lit up the room, I was reeling with an energy buzz that was phenomenal. I am a Green Energy power house! (Exercise, Breathing, Water, Whole foods, Surrounding myself with Positive, Inspirational People and Journaling)I accomplished a lot this year. The changes I have made are paying off in a big way! I am ready for my 30th H.S. reunion that will happen the weekend of 10/10/10! ( I dedicate my success to my Mother who now resides on the otherside. She always reminded me "Pretty is, is pretty does"). For me TOWANDA is attitude, a way of life to gain what is required to feel good about oneself and is worth the effort. Loving and taking care of one self by stepping outside of guilt, shame or from what ever place you do not want to be. Come from your power, not your weakness, accept yourself as you are right now, and not taking oneself so seriously or be too hard on oneself. Taking care of myself is so worth the effort.
