Today is my youngest child's 14th birthday. I plan on leaving enough calories to be able to have a cupcake without guilt later. I will have to get past making breaded chicken patties for her supper tonight without caving and having one myself. I can do this! She also gets potato chips as a special treat too! I bought flavored ones that I do not like, but she does to keep me from eating those. I will get this figured out some day.
