Nope 👎 Drank even MORE water Nope 👎 No alcohol for days ( usually only have 3 days where I have a couple of glasses of red ) Strict keto ( forgotten what carbs taste like ) Carbs yesterday were very low at 15 net

You need to up your food to 1400cal add fibre and carbs you need it if your training that much

when I have a keto stall (which happens way too often) I find that these things work for me. 1) I have a higher calorie and carb day (I usually am around 1000 cals and 20 carbs so I up to 1500 and 30 grams of carbs), the weight goes up and then the next day I go back to my new normal and it starts coming off again. 2) fast for 24 hours with just black coffee (I have to be in the mood for this and just do it when I feel like I can cope), 3) egg fast for 3 days.
