Felt myself getting psycho about food. Have not experienced THAT in a long time. I was, I am aware, and took a few days off and now I feel better. I am back on my recording of food and now I must resume working out. Yard work/gardening has taken a lot of time and energy, but i need to work out because it helps me with stress and i breathe deeper and I have more energy...I think i have been a bit lazy too...
