Day one went well!

Even when tempted with mini Butterfingers and mini Dark Chocolate Milky Way, I didn't break! I know that through time I will allow myself one, but not on day one.

I got up and worked out this morning then came home and made a protein shake for my breakfast. That really is the best way to start my day.

My only concern right now is if I am eating enough calories to sustain a weight loss without sending my body into starvation mode. I dont want it holding on the very "parts" I'm trying to lose!

Time will tell ... hopefully with a loss on the scale in the morning.
