I use either half and half or cashew milk or almond milk and add cinnamon and other spices 🤗😋😋 I recently started adding casein powder. Jam packed with slow release protein and lots of collagen. I also like GNC protein powder.💜💚

Fluffy, no need to give it, or anything else, up unless u WANT to. CICO, mindfulness, and portioning is the key...something I learned fm other more experienced n knowledgeable FS members like Keyten, Moopie, Rosio, and even Diablo😉 Check out their feeds n profiles. For me, TASTE is everything🤙🏽

See that, Fluffy? Like ConiMN, I found a way to enjoy the foods that I LOVE with mindful portion control. My fave 10 oz cup of coffee is Lion brand toasted coconut with 1 tbsp of Coffee Mate creme brulee creamer n 3 packets of organic stevia😋🤤🤗

At home I only ever do creamer in fall and winter. Pumpkin then peppermint. In those months I just log it on paper or on here. (It can add up quick, if you’re like me, and can drink a whole bunch of coffee. Think 6-8 cups on a slow day. Lol). By watching it, I can back off, if needed. The rest of the time it’s a flavored black coffee. I like the Victor Allen variety packs. Right now I’m on the springtime collection.
As long as you’re feeling good in your choices and watching your CICO then creamer away. 😊🙌

I use Premier protein caramel flavor as my creamer! It's basically my breakfast, and I mix it with plain black coffee.

I'll never give up my creamer totally. I cut the amount, but can't drink black coffee. I use a tsp. of stevia & a tsp. of creamer.

I drink the sugar free coffee mate- they have either French vanilla or hazelnut, only 15 cal per tbsp I believe!!!😍

I like almond milk...but calories in and calories out can work if you just count the creamer!

Depending on what your daily calorie limit is I would use that to figure out what sweetener works best. If you are on a really low calorie diet 150+ of a sweetener isn't going to provide any nutrition. You would be better off using a sugar free sweetener and use the calories for other food items.

I'm the same way...only like to have coffee with a creamer, or with milk/stevia. Black coffee is too bitter and boring for me. I feel better about using creamer when I use a natural kind...Coffee Mate Natural Bliss Almond milk creamer in Hazelnut was good and Aldi has basically the same kind. But lately I've been finding that it takes more creamer than I want to put in my cup to be able to actually taste the specific flavor. So next time I'm going to get a natural creamer that has milk/cream because I think it'll help with that..
