Okay #BootyBuilders #workoutgang I just finished my challenge for today. After the rest day yesterday I was feeling very motivated and ready to kick some butt again! This morning I did- 2 sets of walking squats 40x each with 5lb dumbbells, 30x leg lifts bilateral, 40x inner leg lifts, 40x scissors side to side, 40x scissors up and down, 50x donkey kicks each leg, and 50x bridges. THEN did the cycle again with 2 sets of walking squats this time 30x each with 5lb dumbbells, leg lifts bilateral 30x each leg, inner leg lifts 40x each leg, scissors 30x each (up and down and side to side), 30x donkey kicks each leg, and 50x bridges! I topped it off with 10 girl pushups and 20 push up position row pulls with 5lb dumbbells. Wow I feel fantastic 🤩🔥😝🍑💪🏼 let’s get it ladies!
