It is so hot here in SW Ontario, I sure don't feel like exercising. However, I did start aquafit on Monday and am going to aim for 3 to 5 times a week. Also trying to eat a lot more fruits and veggies. My garden is producing now so lots of salad - straight from the garden to wash to the plate. Yum!
