DelaineCerto's Dagbog, 16 maj 20

Lost 40 pounds using intermittent fasting. I have been on hold for the last 3 months letting my body get used to the new weight and size. Not easy for someone who is 69 years old. I still use intermittent fasting but not as strictly. I am ready to start loosing the rest of the weight. I want to get my BMI back to where it should be and be comfortable in my clothes.

Well I guess I will have to buy some clothes. Right now with the “stay in place” I am wearing old pants and sweats that fall off of me. I don’t have anything in the house that fits. But this isn’t the time to go shopping.

Thanks for cheering me on. My son just helped me do some weight training with heavy duty stretch bands. Boy are my shoulders and arms sore.
