Under 2000 calories (and in my case these days around 1600 calories)
50 grams of protein
65 grams or less of fat
20 grams or less of saturated fat
304 grams or less of carbohydrates
25 to 35 grams of fiber
300 mg or less of cholesterol
2300 mg or less of sodium
1000 mg (min) of calcium
