That’s a great one! I’ve always had trouble sticking to diets...but what’s really worked this time is just looking at it as a “just for today” type attitude. Each morning when I get up, I say my prayers and ask for help making healthy choices just for today. When I feel a craving or urge to snack on unhealthy foods, I tell myself maybe tomorrow...but not today. It’s worked pretty well so far!
