This no-chocolate thing is actually getting easier. I have not been shaking or anything, so maybe I'll survive! LOL!! I am proud of myself though, because I've been snacking on more veggies and fruit. I had a salad before dinner the other night, and loaded it with veggies, have been popping cherry tomatoes like they are grapes, and had cucumber slices for a snack last night. I don't feel so bloated, and can't wait to see if the scale reflects my sacrifice.
