Started all over again today. Had a somr major slip ups this past year. Any tips on getting back on track and not falling off wagon again?

i find that what works for me NOW after i fell of the wagon for a few weeks....
the first thing on my tasks of day when i wake up is my exercise.... that is something totaly new i never used to do...
But to do it still fresh in the morning helps me keep going..
also i drink black coffee and herbal tea and lots of water❣
I also do IF again wich is aMaZiNg❣ really works and helps a lot....... cannot wait for my next weigh in because seeing your hard work and dedication paying off on the scale and measure tape is really motivating.

Thank you so much for the advice. Really appreciate it. Need to get in shape again. Although I am limited to what I can do ( car accident in 2008 L4 spunal injury). I do try doing some house or garden work.
