Here I am, another day and hopefully another pound *smiles* I sometimes am still amazed at how well I am feeling and how this has changed my life. It's only been a little over three weeks now and I could only wish I would have started this years ago. I have settled on getting the Elliptical Machine today since it may be less dangerous with the children around. I am thinking about doing my own "circuit" training at home heck I have enough pieces now lol. Maybe I could set them all up in a circle and work my way around them. I just need to find a home made way of doing some strength training like making my own weights.

Hand weights are pretty cheap. I got mine at Sears. I also have weight balls (sand filled rubber) from WalMart. You can also try resistance bands. All of these usually come with a booklet of exercises to do. Good luck!
