Hello everyone. So last night since hubby was home I got to go run outside. Our littlest age 4 wanted to go run with me, so I made the 9 year old go also. We ren 2 miles and the 4 year old never stopped or complained. Now for the 9 year old thats all she could do but she did it. Then today I went and rented a wood splitter to get our wood put up for the winter. So all morning that is what hubby and I were doing. Didn't know how to put wood cutting and stacking in the exercise calendar so I put that I did heavy excersize (pushups) for 2 hours. I think I burned more calories than that. When kids go down for naps I'm going to help again. I have noticed that running really releaves some of the stress in my upper back/shoulder area. So getting back to running almost everyday is going to be very important. Hope everyone is having a great day. talk to you later.
