I've been walking a few times a week. Not everyday, and not on weekends I need to do better.
Trying to eat low carb to see if it helps me lose this weight. It's not as hard as I though it would be.
I haven't been journaling, I guess I just forgot. Because I'm on FS at least 3x's a day. I will have to remind myself.
