Rain, wind, thunder, hail but no large earthquakes today! Yet LOL. Nothing much else new to add. Still eating the Atkins way, I should get better at logging it I guess. Not enough water today either but I wan't want to be peeing too much while I am out LOL

HUGS, HUGS, HUGS for Squiggs today. I'm with Stef on the earthquakes!!!!! I love a nice warm rain with thunder and lightening(springtime, not fall)too cold. Hope you have a good day and be safe.:):)
