Tomorrow's my 26th birthday, and I just got going full-swing in my healthy lifestyle again. Of course my mother decided she's having our whole family (my hubby & our kids + my brother's family + my sister's family) over for dinner tonight to celebrate. I don't know what she'll cook (probably nothing TOO fatty since she's trying to lose too), but I did make it known I do NOT want a birthday cake. I could easily say "oh it's my birthday, I deserve it", but next week when I weigh in I'd feel horrible, so I don't think it's worth it this early in the game. I asked if she'd make fruit salad instead for dessert.
I've decided that my rewards for myself will always be clothing-related, since I LOVE shopping but don't do much of it for myself these days. I think I'll plan my first reward for when I get back down to my previous low weight (288). That will feel great!
