Yesterday was an interesting day. I started out with church service and Sunday school as usual. Then went home and made a quick lunch. Got in the car and rode along for 2.5 hours as Hubby drove to meet up with our college age daughter. Took youngest child to spend a few days with college daughter. Course did some shopping for the girls then out to eat. After that sent them on their way. Hubby and I took different route back home than usual. Stopped in a river town with a water falls and hiked back in to see that. After hiking to the falls...realized that there was a parking lot right at the falls! So we hiked back to our car and drove back to the falls where we did more hiking. Rather idiotic to drive, hike, drive, hike and then drive again. Beautiful setting at a rather large in town park. I tried posting pictures...but all I get is an X in a box and it won't show the pictures. :(
