haven't been on here in a long time it seems. Im still losing weight at a slow pace. I keep telling myself at least it is coming off, but wonder if that is just an excuse to eat things I shouldn't.. I haven't "cheated" but I am eating stuff I know isn't so great for me (coffee cream, extra peanut butter,ect.) So far, 46 lbs..
