I have not been very good about getting in my water. That is mostly the only part of Atkins that I have not followed like I should. However yesterday I made a commitment to myself to do better. I cut out a Diet Dr Pepper and drank 3-24 oz bottles of water. I know I didn't quite make it to my goal of 84 oz but 72 was pretty close. This morning I woke up and my rings were snug on my fingers and I had gained 1.5 lbs! What the heck!?!
I am going to stick with it though. Maybe my body is just in shock from all the H2O hydration! In all honesty, there are days that go by that I don't drink an oz of pure water.
