Yesterday I did even better on my water. I got in 4-24 oz bottles. This morning I was down a pound but still felt swollen. I went to the gym and walked on the treadmill for 70 minutes. I really worked up a sweat too so I bet that helped some with the water retention. I am going to get in all my water again today. I am hoping to eventually squeeze the Diet Dr. Peppers out all together.....baby steps.
Tonight my daughter and I have to make a 'goody' for her to take to school in the morning. We have decided to make ghosts out of Nutter Butter cookies. You dip the cookie in melted white candy coating and use miniature chocolate chips for the eyes. I am really nervous. My biggest weeknesses are peanut butter and cookies......so Nutter Butter = double whammy! I WILL NOT EAT A COOKIE!! I am stronger than that!
