Every morning when you wake up you go to the bathroom then get on the scale....well most days I am somewhat content with what the scale says but lately I have hated what the scale has on it. I am usually happy because it will be a little down from yesterday and then you feel like Yeah I'm losing weight when really its the water weight changing for you or atleast thats for me. I have found that I am pretty good at maintaining my weight, however, to loose it is a different story. Because I only weigh just ten pounds more than I should and it is going to be HELL to get off. I have come to the conclusion that if I don't start excersising(really excersising) then I will not see any form of result or the damn scale going down more than two pounds here to two gained the next time. I will challenge myself to write down everything I eat (good or bad)and excercise at least 3 days a week. This is going to me really tough for me. I will weigh in every day and log everything for 30 DAYS. I need some feedback to help me stay motivated. Wish me luck.
