I got a great tip from Merield, about just taking 1 'dose' of the ELOO per day, instead of trying to break it up. As I wrote before, I hadn't even tried doing it, it seemed so daunting even to have to think about timing the ELOO or sugar water 3 times a day. And yeah, I definitely have a problem with eating in the evening. I eat great during the day. I have control and willpower. But in the evening it goes to hell. This evening I had 3 cookies (I haven't eaten cookies in a long time - and wasn't even really craving it), and then a bunch of goldfish crackers. It was mindless eating, and I feel overstuffed now (that's good I guess, because i can't imagine doing this tomorrow night again). So tomorrow (since it's too late now), I'll take the entire 400 calories at once, maybe in the afternoon.

I'm also going to try, try, try, to not eat wheat at all and VERY little sugar. I have several friends who've lost weight that way... substantial weight. Let's face it, I'll probably lose weight if I just begin trying SOMETHING! :-)
