It's been so hard trying to stay on track these past 4 months with both my husband & I working from home. Plus, all of the craziness that's going on in the world. Unable to go anywhere. Working crazy hours. When we're not working, we're sitting in front of the TV and eating everything in sight. I'm just overwhelmed. But, what I need to do is, learn how to stop putting so much pressure on myself and realize that I'm not superwoman. I need to just take one day at a time. So, this is how I see it.... We have 24 weeks left this year. If I can try to commit to losing JUST 2 POUNDS a week, for the next 24 weeks, that will be 48 POUNDS by Dec 31st. Who's with me???!!!
