Since I've been on this app, I've managed to shed 5kg. I managed to do in 31 days, something I couldn't do in over 4 years of trying.Thank you guys for sharing your weight-loss journeys as they've been inspiring me to work harder every week. Even when I was down in the dumps.I still have more Kgs to cut and I trust that all your stories + good diet +excercise will get me there. 💪🏾
