I was up 2.5 lbs this morning. Even though I didn't eat off plan yesterday, I did not drink my water and I ate way too much cheese. I am hoping for a better weigh-in tomorrow morning. OH yeah, I also ate 4 of the SF Dove Peanut Butter cups. I don't think my body likes sugar alcohols. I have noticed that "SA" makes my weight loss slow down and I end up craving real sugar.
