My walk/jog today was really good. I walked the first 1/2 mile to warm up as usual. Then I ran the next mile in 10.58 minutes. I would rather it was under 10 minutes but for a start I'm okay with that. Also, my walking trail is all cross-country and approximately 1/2 mile long but I don't know exactly. After the mile, I did interval training again with walking 1/2 mile then jogging one. I could definitely feel it when I got done. Best jog so far...if only my headphones would work properly…
I've now been through three sets of headphones since I started walking. It's really starting to irritate me now. But all that’s coming to and end. For hitting my 1/2 way mark, which was today! (lost 22.6lbs, still to go 22.6lbs) I've bought myself a new mp3 player but it won't arrive for at least another week. -sigh- Oh well. It's not that long a wait, I will just have to put up with what I have for now.
