The last few days I did really great on eating well. That is of course until last night, when I got a huge craving for Ice cream. I had a Pumpkin Shake at the local Mel’s Diner. I did make me sick afterwards so I don't think that will happen again any time soon. Other than that I hit a small bump in my weight loss but that’s normal. I haven’t made time to exercise this week so I'm failing that part of my goals. I found some motivation last night while cleaning out the closet. I came across a shirt I bought a couple of years ago and have yet to wear it because when I bought it they were out of XL so I bought a Large thinking....Hmmm...someday it will fit. Wrong! Until maybe now. The saying on the shirt.... "I do not intend to tiptoe through life only to arrive safely at death"
