So yesterday another Monday rolled round, a new week to start fresh as I had been very naughty over the weekend with food and not exercising much. Both days on the weekend Tim and I took my dog Mia to the oval and played badmitton and ran around with her. This was a fun was to get a bit of exercise in my day. I worked Saturday afternoon at the bottleshop and lifting many cases of alcohol seems to be helping with muscle tone and strength in my arms though sometimes hurting my back. Yesterday I was ready to get back on track and fix my wrong doing over the weekend. I have started keeping a food and exercise diary.. Monday 25th November 2008: 7am - sml skim latte. 8:30am - honey + nut bar. 10am - 2 slices burgen soy-lin bread toasted with 1/2 a snap of phillidelphia spread, sliced tomato and s+p. A glass of orange juice and a multivitamen. 1pm - half a bowl of pad thai. 1/4 cup dry roasted almonds and an apple. 4pm - a banana. 6pm - 2 sausages with onion gravy, a medium boiled potato, peas, corn, carrott and beans. 6:30pm - walk - from my house to an up lone pine hill. 7:30pm - walk - down lone pine hill to my house. 8:30pm - diet chocolate mouse. This morning I am feeling pretty good.. I am eating healthy again today and am going to do a class at the gym this afternoon. We shall see how the day pans out!
