I have been dieting going on three weeks now. I am not getting on the scales until 6 weeks of dieting and fasting. Hopefully i will be back to my goal. It gets easier everyday. I started back to walking 2-1/2 to 3 miles a day at the park. Staying active also and eating healthy. Good luck to everyone.
