Feeling better...was bummed this morning, but am bouncing back. Excited to be almost done with this diet and moving on to healthier eating and exercise. Next Sunday I'm going to walk/jog the bridge...it is 5.34 miles, but at that time I can eat more food so I will have the energy :) I"m getting my hair trimmed and highlighted this week and possibly getting my nails done. So I won't be locked in the house all week. I'm an extrovert and hate been locked away. And if I don't lose anymore weight I can say that I've at least lost 20 lbs in a month. Thanks again for all of the support and encouragement :)

You rocked it, I'm confident you will do just as well moving into the next phase! The exercise will do you good, physically and mentally. Enjoy your time out and about :-) Twenty pounds is a huge accomplishment
