I'm very pleased with my 4 lb loss this week! I had a goal of losing 20 lbs in 6 weeks (by Thanksgiving) and I didn't really make my goal... but I was close! I lost 18 lbs in 6 weeks. That's pretty good :). I'm not even stressing over Thanksgiving like I usually would. I'm going to make desserts with lighter ingredients (fat free cool whip, fat free cream cheese, etc), and I'm going to enjoy my day with my family. I don't have to eat 3 plates of food to have a good time!
