After a binge on Halloween, which I throughly enjoyed I decided to keep the calories and portion low. After one of the post on here I saw that I should be counting the total carbs and not the net carbs, I think this is what has been stalling my weight loss. So starting tomorrow, Saturday I will count total carbs, I think this will solve my calorie and other over indulgences. Since I no longer will take the classes at the Gym, I will just workout on Monday's, Wed and Friday's there in the morning or evening and do Zumba on Tue, Thursday and double workout on Saturday. Hopefully this will jump start a weight loss. Wish me luck!!
