Woow, I don't feel like eating at all. That's good. I don't drink much water. That's not nice I know. I perefer drinking coffee and tea I know that that's not good. But I do it.
SO my little goal is to drink water.
And exercise! Definitely exercise!
Hopefully the challanges that I am in are going to help me a lot. Fingers crossed!

I am really fed up with seeing 70 somethings on the scale:-( So hopefully next week I wish to weigh in at least 69. I want to see sixty something. I belive that once that I weigh 69, the kilos are going to go away faster:-)
