ok. now I am not so bad In 2 days lost 2 lb so not feeling so defeated cause i was gaining for a few days. walked more than 12000 steps today..following an app for exercise.. today i was supposed to be off but i walked anyhow..tomorrow doing the program.. get up at about 7 am or so to start.. covid is in news a lot.. thinking about chips and potatoes a lot .just trying to stay busy so i can stop thinking of food...
