OK, so now it is Tuesday...a new day! I have been having a hard time in the evenings with picking at stuff that I really should not be. That is the time when I try and get my excerisce in. But this week I have been studying for my final exams. So my excerise this week will be running up and down stairs trying to keep up with the laundry in between study breaks. :D I was trying to get some studying in at work,that is going not too too bad. I will just be glad when this week is over. I have a friend of mine, that when he quit smoking he put on a few lbs, well more like 30! He called me yesterday saying that his doctor suggested Adkins diet. He asked me about it so I looked into it. I was really surprised that a doctor suggested it. I was under the empression that it was not the healthiest way to loose weight. But, from what I read, it is really not too bad. So I might just have to read into it a bit more....maybe in the new year I might try that. I am just worried about the foods that you cannot have. i lost my weight with eating really what ever I wanted, just with portion control, and breaking the meals up into 6 small ones a day. But we shall see. But I better get back to work.....
