Well, today after I recorded my food I have eaten so far I realized that I need to do a little more planning ...my calorie intake at 1:30 pm is higher than I would like it to be. That makes for a lite dinner! But that is ok....I'll have lots of veggies.
I just have to make it through the studying this afternoon without munchin on junk.....that is one of my downfalls. But tonight is my last exam...it is a hard one too!
That is why I decided to come here and record a journal entry instead of eating crackers or something lovely like that (that is what happened last night).
Anyways, enough of my procrastination! I have checked emails, facebook and now here, so I am good. :o)

I understand the urge to snack while reading and studying...I do it too! Why not have a bag of microwave 94% fat free popcorn? Carrot sticks? Celery with a teeny bit of peanut butter? Apple slices? Now I'm making myself hungry! :)

Thanks,I like to keep lots of that on hand. The hardest thing that we have to do is really change the way we look at food. It really is a love hate relationship!
