am back again, this gaining back is really frustrating, i want a sustainable diet, so that i can lose all these weight permanently. 😢

count your calories. that's the most sustainable diet. reduce oil while cooking. in a day I use nothing more than 2 tbsp of oil for my meals. drink water, eat your vegetables. I've lost 10kg in 2 months

yes that is true.no matter what we eat we should not pass our calorie for the day,if not do Exersice that will burn the excesses.

try the "starch solution diet by dr John McDougall" and also add intermittent fasting or omad(one meal a day)

yes Nnenna, I work out 6 days a week for 30 mins per day. check out body project on youtube, I use their exercises. It helps to stat consistent
