Down nearly a pound this morning. I've really started to notice the thinning and sliming of certain areas. It's weird, a little scary and awesome all at the same time. The lowest I can remember that I was, way-back-when was 141. I'm now 3 lbs off of that. I really would like to get to the 130’s by January and that’s possible. I would also like to get out and walk/jog some more but it’s really cold out there now. My 150 miles challenge is definitely going to suffer for it. Oh well. I need food so its breakfast time.
