Note to self: 3 days at the gym; all heavy weights and lots of extra calories consumed. Feeling really good. I suspect the weight will slowly start to fall off as the gyms are now closed for a month or so, so won’t be eating as much as I planned too. Let’s see how it plays out. 👍🏼
