Started our weightloss journey 1st of June. I've lost 10kgs since then and Hubby has lost almost 20kgs. We both have another 7kg we would like to loose but we have been stuck on our current weight for over 4 weeks now, so time to change it up again. We will be doing a calorie counting meal plan. Something we can keep up and maintain once we have lost the weight. 🏋️ Let's do this!!
