I am so very happy that I've successfully been able to keep off all the weight I've lost so far since July. However, I'm do sometimes get impatient with the fact that I haven't really been losing anything since July either. I've been walking regularly so I am looking trimmer and I've been trying to fit in aerobics at least everyother day or more. There's not much more I can dedicate to increase my aerobic activity without sacrificing time I need for family and keeping up with the house. I geuss I need to start focusing more on strength training now and hopefully it will help me tone my last few problem spots.
