A challenging 10 months! Little by little my good habits dropped by the wayside but I feel rejuvenated and ready to take another leap in the pool of positivity and strength!
I'll be back seeing my dietiticien next week and then every month for 6 months. She's a great support and just knowing about the rdv has me motivated.
